متى أشرب فيزز؟When should I drink Phizz?: في أي وقت تحتاج فيه إلى الترطيب: خلال العمل، بعد الرياضة، في يوم حار، أو أثناء السفر. قرص واحد في كوب ماء يمنحك الأملاح والفيتامينات مع طعم خفيف.Whenever you need hydration: at work, after exercise, on a hot day or while travelling. One tablet in a glass of water gives you electrolytes and vitamins with a light taste.
كم أستخدم من الماء؟How much water should I use?: ننصح بـ300 مل من الماء البارد لكل قرص. يمكنك زيادة الكمية أو تقليلها حسب قوة الطعم التي تفضّلها. بعد أن يذوب، اشربه خلال 24 ساعة.We recommend 300ml of cold water per tablet. Use more or less depending on how strong you like it. Once dissolved, drink within 24 hours.
هل أستطيع شربه كل يوم؟ كم قرصًا في اليوم؟Can I drink it every day? How many tablets a day?: نعم، فيزز مناسب للاستخدام اليومي. لا تتجاوز 4 أقراص خلال 24 ساعة.Yes, Phizz is made for daily use. Don't exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.
ما هذه الرغوة أو البقايا فوق المشروب؟What is the foam or residue on top of the drink?: تحتوي بعض النكهات على ملوّن طبيعي من الشمندر، وقد يتجمّع أحيانًا على سطح المشروب. حرّك الكوب وسيختفي.Some flavours use a natural beetroot colour that can gather on the surface. Give it a stir and it mixes in.
كم مدة الصلاحية؟How long does Phizz last?: تاريخ الانتهاء مكتوب أسفل الأنبوب. إذا ذوّبت القرص، احفظ المشروب في الثلاجة واشربه خلال 24 ساعة.The best-before date is printed on the bottom of the tube. Once dissolved, keep the drink in the fridge and finish it within 24 hours.
كيف أخزّنه؟How should I store it?: في مكان بارد وجاف (أقل من 25°م)، داخل الأنبوب الأصلي ومغلق بإحكام، وبعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.In a cool, dry place (below 25°C), in the original tube with the lid tightly closed, out of reach of children.

المكوّنات والصحةIngredients & health

كم سعرة في القرص؟How many calories per tablet?: 3 في 1: ‏10 سعرات. الطاقة: 9 سعرات.3-in-1: 10 kcal. Daily Energy: 9 kcal.
لماذا يحتوي على سكر؟Why does it contain sugar?: يحتوي كل قرص على نحو 1 غرام من الجلوكوز. يساعد الجلوكوز الجسم على امتصاص الصوديوم ومعه الماء، وهذا أساس محاليل الترطيب. والكمية أقل بكثير مما في العصير أو المشروبات الرياضية.Each tablet has about 1g of glucose. Glucose helps the body absorb sodium, and water with it — the basis of rehydration solutions. That's far less than juice or sports drinks.
هل يحتوي على محليات صناعية؟Does it contain artificial sweeteners?: نكهات طبيعية مع كمية قليلة من السكرالوز. السكرالوز مُحلٍّ معتمد للاستهلاك من هيئات سلامة الغذاء في أوروبا وأمريكا.Natural flavours with a small amount of sucralose. Sucralose is approved for consumption by food safety authorities in Europe and the US.
ما معلومات الحساسية؟What about allergens?: فيزز خالٍ من الصويا والغلوتين والمكسرات. لا تستخدمه إذا كانت لديك حساسية من أي مكوّن. القائمة الكاملة للمكوّنات في صفحة كل منتج (تبويب «المكوّنات»).Phizz is free from soy, gluten and nuts. Don't use it if you're allergic to any ingredient. The full ingredients list is on each product page (Ingredients tab).
هل هو مناسب لمرضى السكري؟Is it suitable for diabetics?: يحتوي كل قرص على نحو 1 غرام من السكر. استشر طبيبك قبل الاستخدام، ويُفضّل أن تعرض عليه ملصق المنتج.Each tablet has about 1g of sugar. Check with your doctor first, ideally showing them the product label.
هل أستطيع شربه أثناء الحمل أو الرضاعة؟Can I take it while pregnant or breastfeeding?: استشيري طبيبتك قبل الاستخدام. وتحتوي تركيبة الطاقة على الكافيين، لذلك انتبهي لمجموع الكافيين خلال يومك.Check with your doctor first. Daily Energy contains caffeine, so keep an eye on your total caffeine for the day.
هل هو مناسب للأطفال؟Is it suitable for children?: الكميات مصممة للبالغين، ولا ننصح به لمن هم أقل من 18 سنة إلا بعد استشارة الطبيب.The amounts are designed for adults. We don't recommend it for under-18s without a doctor's advice.
لديّ حالة صحية أو أتناول أدوية، فهل أستخدمه؟I have a health condition or take medication. Can I use it?: فيزز مكمل غذائي وليس دواء. استشر طبيبك أولًا، وإذا ظهر أي عرض غير معتاد أوقف الاستخدام.Phizz is a food supplement, not a medicine. Check with your doctor first, and stop if you notice anything unusual.

الطاقة (مع كافيين)Daily Energy (with caffeine)

ما الفرق بين الطاقة و3 في 1؟What's the difference between Daily Energy and 3-in-1?: يحتوي المنتجان على الأملاح السبعة نفسها وفيتامينات B و C. أما الطاقة فلا تحتوي على فيتامين A و E، ومضاف إليها 75 ملغ كافيين. أي أن 3 في 1 لكل يوم، والطاقة عندما تحتاج إلى دفعة نشاط.Both have the same 7 electrolytes plus B vitamins and vitamin C. Daily Energy drops vitamins A and E and adds 75mg of caffeine. So 3-in-1 is for every day, Daily Energy for when you need a lift.
كم كافيين في القرص؟How much caffeine is in one tablet?: 75 ملغ: ‏62 ملغ كافيين مباشر، و13 ملغ من 59 ملغ مستخلص الغوارانا الذي يتحرّر ببطء أكبر.75mg: 62mg as caffeine, plus 13mg from 59mg of guarana extract, which releases more slowly.
كم قرصًا من الطاقة يمكنني تناوله؟How many Daily Energy tablets can I take?: لا تتجاوز 4 أقراص خلال 24 ساعة، واحتسب معها القهوة والشاي ومشروبات الطاقة. غير مناسب للأطفال والحوامل والأشخاص الحساسين للكافيين.No more than 4 tablets in 24 hours — and count coffee, tea and energy drinks too. Not suitable for children, pregnant women or people sensitive to caffeine.

الإرجاعReturns

متى يمكنني إرجاع المنتج؟When can I return a product?: إذا وصلك تالفًا أو معيبًا أو مختلفًا عن الوصف. ويجب أن يكون في عبوته الأصلية، غير مفتوح وغير مستخدم.If it arrives damaged, faulty or not as described. It must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
كم المدة؟What's the time limit?: ابدأ طلب الإرجاع خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام، ويجب أن يصلنا المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من طلب الإرجاع.Start the return within 7 days of delivery, and the product must reach us within 14 days of your return request.
من يدفع الشحن؟Who pays for shipping?: العميل يدفع شحن الإرجاع، ويُخصم 30 من قيمة الطلب مقابل شحن الطلب الأصلي.The customer pays return shipping, and 30 is deducted from the order value to cover the original delivery.
كيف أبدأ الإرجاع؟How do I start a return?: راسلنا على [email protected] أو عبر واتساب مع رقم الطلب وسبب الإرجاع. نرسل لك رقم إرجاع (RMA) وتعليمات الإرسال، بعد ذلك غلّف المنتج جيدًا مع عبوته الأصلية وأرسله بشركة شحن موثوقة.Email [email protected] or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason. We'll send a return number (RMA) and instructions — then pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it with a reliable courier.
