Phizz delivers within Saudi Arabia through the delivery options available at checkout. The applicable delivery charge and estimated delivery time are shown before payment based on the delivery address and available service.

Free shipping

Free shipping is available on eligible orders of 300 or more within Saudi Arabia. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

Order processing and tracking

After an order is confirmed, fulfilment and shipment updates are sent through the contact details supplied with the order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active local mobile number.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates depend on the destination and the service available at checkout. Weekends, public holidays, peak periods, weather and carrier circumstances may affect delivery. If the agreed delivery date changes, Phizz will provide an update using the contact details supplied with the order.

Delays and delivery issues

If a shipment is delayed, damaged or marked as delivered but has not been received, contact [email protected] or WhatsApp +966 55 232 0780 and include the order number.

Subject to applicable Saudi law and its exceptions, a customer may cancel an order and recover the amount paid if delivery is delayed by more than 15 days or beyond the agreed delivery date, unless the delay is caused by force majeure.
