a. We accept returns for products that are damaged, faulty or not as described on the website.
b. Products must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused, with all accessories and tags attached.

a. You must start the return process within 7 days of receiving the product.
b. The returned product must reach us within 14 days of the initial return request.

3. Return process

b. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number along with instructions on how to return the product.
c. The product must be securely packaged with all accessories and original packaging, and sent using a reliable courier service.
